Mr. Pandya joined Crescent Labs in the year 2010. He has over 4 decades of experience in manufacturing industry and specializes in the Industrial Law, Industrial Purchasing & Material Planning. Mr. Pandya heads the entire administrative and general operations at the factory and has contributed significantly to the growth of the company.

Mr. Bhatt has 30+ years of experience in Pharma formulation handling all forms of dosages such as Liquid & Dry Powder Parenteral, Ointment, Liquid Orals, Tablets, Capsules, etc. He has experience in regulated and domestic market and has handled several audits such as SCHEDULE-M GMP, WHO-GMP, MHRA, EU-GMP, US-FDA, TGA etc during his career.

Ms. Desai, with a total work experience of 10+ years in the industry, is a great asset to the company. Having joined the team in 2022, she has quickly adapted to the production process and working culture at Crescent Labs. She serves as a Production Manager for Liquid Injection (General) division of the company and additionally handles various client and regulatory audits such as SCHEDULE-M GMP, WHO-GMP, GHANA, etc.

Mr. Chauhan, a Senior Technical, joined Crescent Team as a Project Head and Customer Service Representative in the year 2018. He comes with a very vast experience in the area of Quality Documentation, Project Management, User Manuals & Templates to explain highly complex systems and processes.

Mr. Kansara has 23+ years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory environments. Currently, he heads the Quality Control division of the company and is responsible for various activities such as Mentoring QC personnel, Updating the database, Training of employees, Organizing work schedules, Quality Management Systems, Audit Management and Compliance, Documentation and ensuring adherence of Good Laboratory Practices, etc.

Ms. Vani Bhargava is a QA Head at Crescent Labs with an extensive experience of 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry. She has worked in different areas ranging from formulation of various products, QMS activities, Validation & Qualification, GMP Compliance, Dossier Preparation, Review & Authorization of Master Documents for adequacy, etc.

Mr. Mogariya joined Crescent Team in the year 2012. He heads the entire operation of handling RM, PM & FG stock at the plant. A veteran of 25+ years in the area of inventory management & MIS, he additionally is in charge of all logistic activities at Crescent.
